Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Site plans for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the photographs.

Additionally included in this recent document release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had created development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling different sections of the land.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for dock shelters.

Additional materials released as part of the ongoing investigative release.
